What to include in your message
Calculator queries — tell us which tool you were using and what result you got. Include your EV model, charger type, and electricity rate if relevant.
Rate or grant updates — if you’ve spotted an outdated figure, include the correct amount and a link to the source (gov.uk, Ofgem, or your energy supplier).
Suggestions — if there’s a calculator or tool you’d like to see added, let us know. We build based on what UK EV drivers actually need.
